Hi everyone, it’s DJ Shilpi Sharma here with some really exciting news for all music lovers! A new album from the legendary singer Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan called “Chain of Light” is going to be released this September.

This album was found in the archives of Peter Gabriel’s Real World Records. Peter Gabriel, who worked closely with Khan, shared how special Nusrat was and how he could touch people’s hearts with his singing. “Chain of Light” includes songs that were recorded back in 1990 but never released until now. It even has a song that no one has ever heard before!

For me, as a DJ who loves connecting with people through music, Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan’s songs are really inspiring. His music crosses borders and brings people together, which is something I always aim to do with my own music.

The release of “Chain of Light” is a chance for all of us to experience some of Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan’s magic again. His music has a way of reaching deep into our hearts, and I’m so excited for us to hear this album.
